so awhile back i made a tierlist for which pony types enstars characters would be and im going to talk about it here. the pony lists are as follows:

so i wanna elaborate on a few things i think are important to understand for the enstars mlp au thing. first and foremost, nagisa is an artificial alicorn, turned in a similar way that twilight sparkle was except way more sinister. there is one natural born alicorn in the cast, and that is kanata. however, after the events of meteor impact [ as i understand them ], after kanata embraced his humanity he lost his wings and still has scars on his back from where they were. now hes just a normal unicorn mostly!! pretty much all of the five eccentrics are unicorns, except wataru, who is a pegasus for bluebird reasons, along with tsumugi. tsukasa is the only pegasus in the main knights lineup because i felt a little silly. tee hee :3 of course, natsume and sora are unicorns because magic, but i think tsumugi relies more on rune magic as opposed to that which flows through magic users. i dont much care for most of fine + trickstar so i wont address them here, but know that i did think as much as my broken brain allowed when assigning them their ponies. another important thing to address is himeru and kaname's situation. right now they are stuck in the void because i have some interesting ideas for their dichotomy. i imagine one of them would be a unicorn and one of them would be a pegasus, or you can swap earth pony for one of those. for convenience, i think it would be most likely that himeru would be a pegasus hiding his wings beneath his clothes and wearing a fake horn as opposed to a unicorn trying to hide his horn and pretending he has wings. now that i think on it, it's possible himeru could have used some sort of illusion magic to disguise himself, but there are so many possibilities i'd love some thoughts in the comments about this! also feel free to ask about pony assigns for characters i didnt talk about in this drabble :3 okay have fun thank you for listening
